If you're a gamer, you've probably heard the complaints that NBA 2K is the same game every year, with the main changes being roster updates and a different MyCAREER story. This year, they've promised better visuals, skippable MyCAREER cutscenes, a bigger 2K neighborhood, private matchmaking and better artificial intelligence of your teammates during gameplay to help you score in pick-and-roll sets, run the fast break more efficiently and switch onto defenders around screens effectively.

Even if they don't believe the hype, gamers will line up to buy NBA 2K's latest installment. The appeal of new rookies, trades and player rating boosts is too much to resist. There will probably be a few glitches along the way, but 2K sports will maintain is as the king of the world in terms of basketball gaming.
