Trae Young, Kemba Walker, Pascal Siakam, Giannis Antetokounmpo and Joel Embiid are the Eastern Conference NBA All-Star starters this season.

Antetokounmpo, just like last season, is a captain:

This is Young and Siakam’s first NBA All-Star appearance. Both youngsters are having stellar statistical seasons. Meanwhile, Walker, Giannis and Embiid are multiple-time All-Stars and were expected to be in the game this season.

Young is averaging 29.2 points, 4.7 rebounds and 8.6 assists for the Atlanta Hawks; Siakam is putting up 23.5 points, 7.7 rebounds and 3.5 assists for the Toronto Raptors; Giannis could win his second straight MVP award, as he’s averaging 30.0 points, 12.9 rebounds and 5.6 assists and the Milwaukee Bucks have the best record in the NBA again; Walker is putting up 21.7 points, 4.0 rebounds and 5.0 assists in his first season with the Boston Celtics; Embiid — who is currently out with a finger injury — is averaging 23.4 points, 12.3 rebounds and 3.3 assists for the Philadelphia 76ers.
