One of the reasons why Team LeBron are the heavy favorites to win tonight's All-Star Game is because LeBron James was fortunate enough to pick most of the best players available during the All-Star draft.

Two of LeBron's picks are Houston Rockets' James Harden and Toronto Raptors' Kawhi Leonard.

During the All-Star Game warm-ups, Harden was even seen teaching Leonard some moves.

James Harden is arguably the best scorer in the league right now. He currently holds a streak of 31 consecutive games with at least 30 points. So it makes sense for him to share some of his secrets to Kawhi Leonard, a player that has always been known for his defense.

It is unclear though if Leonard gave Harden some pointers on how to play defense.

The trio of LeBron, Kawhi, and Harden are all starters for Team LeBron. Rounding up their starting five are Golden State Warriors' Kevin Durant and Boston Celtics' Kyrie Irving.

They will be facing Team Giannis, who is led by Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo. Joining him in the starting line-up are Warriors' Stephen Curry, Oklahoma City Thunder's Paul George, Philadelphia 76ers' Joel Embiid, and Charlotte Hornets' Kemba Walker.

Although they are seen as the underdogs, Team Giannis is expected to put up a good fight and give Team LeBron a run for their money.
