There was no shortage of action during Thursday night's NBA Draft festivities. So much so, that even league commissioner Adam Silver had trouble keeping up with the activity throughout the extravaganza.

At one point in the draft, Silver announced a trade involving the Los Angeles Lakers, Washington Wizards, and Indiana Pacers. The high-ranking league executive clearly wasn't confident about the details of the rather complicated nature of the deal, which prompted a hilarious reaction from him (h/t The Jump on ESPN on Twitter):

“I'm just reading it,” Silver quipped right after reading the three-team deal out loud.

Adam Silver's four-word afterthought produced quite a few laughs, which included the broadcast team literally bursting into laughter as soon as they heard the commissioner's surprising reaction to the trade.

For what it's worth, the exact details of the deal involve the Lakers sending their 22nd overall pick in the draft, Isaiah Jackson, to the Wizards as part of the Russell Westbrook blockbuster deal. In turn, Washington will be trading Jackson to the Indiana Pacers in exchange for Aaron Holiday and the No. 31 pick. Quite confusing, right? Not to worry, even Adam Silver himself couldn't quite grasp the entire scenario at first.
