The NBA Draft is getting closer and closer, and with the list of green room invitees recently being leaked, draft day just cannot come any sooner.

For a little background, the green room is the seating area just in front of the stage where players and their families wait for their names to be called. The green room is reserved for prospective lottery picks and selected first-round prospects. In short, it is usually only the big names that are invited to be in the green room.

This year's pool is by no means short of big names. Some have even called it one of the most promising collection of young talents in recent history. The 2018 draft class has even been compared to the 2003 class, which had LeBron James, Carmelo Anthony, Dwyane Wade, and Chris Bosh.

An interesting bit of of information is the fact that this will possibly be one of the few times wherein a non-collegiate player will not be present in the green room for the draft. The biggest non-collegiate name in this year's class is Real Madrid's Luka Doncic, who might altogether skip draft day. The 19-year-old Slovenian is still under contract with Madrid, and the Spanish basketball season is currently still in full swing.

Nonetheless, it will still be very exciting to see where the likes of DeAndre Ayton, Mo Bamba, Marvin Bagley, and Trae Young will end up.

Adrian Wojnarowski and Jonathan Givony provided the full list of reported invitees in their article for ESPN.
