NBA top prospect Michael Porter Jr. is pretty confident heading into the draft. He compared himself to several basketball elites.

As reported by Damon Amendolara of CBS Sports, Porter Jr. said that he's a mix of Kevin Durant, Tracy McGrady, Giannis Antetokounmpo. There are several key components of their play style that he has incorporated:

“Right now, I would say I'm a mix of Giannis and KD. I like going to the hole a little more than KD does. I like bumping into people (and I'm) a little more physical than KD. But I like to shoot the ball more than Giannis. So that's what I like to compare myself to – and also Tracy McGrady. I get compared to him a lot, and I like that one a lot, too. Those are three amazing players. It doesn't feel bad to be in the same conversation as them.”

Porter Jr.'s stock has risen in the past few weeks prior to draft day. Hype has surrounded the 19-year-old forward since high school but a back injury in college hampered his chances. Now that he's fully healed, he has nothing but pure confidence in his capabilities. He even said once that he's the best player in the draft.

Analysts have placed him safely within the Top 5. Some say he'll fall within the Top 3. Porter Jr.'s 6'11 frame is comprised of athleticism and strength. This is compensated by good ball-handling and shooting abilities — the trademarks of the modern day basketball player.
