Draymond Green and the Golden State Warriors were unable to overcome their injuries in Game 3 of the 2019 NBA Finals against the Toronto Raptors. Despite a valiant effort, the Warriors ended up losing the game by a final score of 123-109. Golden State is now down two games to one in a best-of-seven series.

While some teams may get down about the loss, Green and the Warriors are not allowing themselves to do so. Instead, he made a very bold statement after the tough loss.

Green is right about one thing, which is the fact that most people want to see the Warriors lose. After winning three out of the last four NBA Finals, the country wants to see a new champion. Toronto is lucky enough to be on the receiving end of all the fan support.

Even with the injuries, the Warriors are confident in their ability to come back and win the series. Klay Thompson is likely to return in Game 4 on Friday night and Kevin Durant's return to the court is drawing near as well.

If the Warriors are able to get healthy for Game 4 or Game 5, they are going to be able to claw their way back into the series. Toronto is a very good team, but they have not had to face the Warriors with Kevin Durant yet. That will be a major test for Kawhi Leonard and company.

Golden State fans have to love seeing this quote from Draymond Green. He is their vocal and emotional leader and there is no chance that he is going to let his team get down.
