NFL Insider Adam Schefter tried to hop over the fence by breaking an NBA signing. However, premier league insider Adam Wojnarowski caught Schefter and put him back to his place.
Schefter announced DeAndre Bembry's deal with the Toronto Raptors on Instagram. Wojnarowski, who is actually a colleague of his in ESPN, savagely responded to Schefter's announcement.

Schefter also broke the news on Twitter, and Wojnarowski also caught up to him.
They're in the NBA, not the CFL.

While many fans were caught off guard with Schefter breaking an NBA news, one follower chose to ride the wave. She asked for an update on James Harden, who reportedly requested a trade, preferably to the Brooklyn Nets. The news hasn't gained much traction over the last few days, so Schefter assured the fan that he's trying his best to come up with a scoop.
Working on it….

Whether Schefter does follow up on Harden is a matter of wait and see, but expect Wojnarowski to troll him if ever he does.
Regarding the Raptors' acquisition of Bembry, many analysts read this as Toronto's attempt to add depth to their bench. Bembry played his first four NBA seasons with the Atlanta Hawks.
He has career averages of 6.2 points, 3.4 rebounds and 1.9 assists across 19.4 minutes. He has played more of a bench role for the most part, though his defense is his primary asset. Last season, he averaged 1.3 steal per game. At one point, he was 11th in the league in steal percentage.
Bembry is not expected to radically change the Raptors' defense or offense. Nonetheless, it's still a good pick up for the Canadian NBA franchise after losing Marc Gasol and Serge Ibaka.
Amazing steal by DeAndre' Bembry. Impressive defensive anticipation.
