LaVar Ball hopes all three of his sons will be playing in the NBA one day. Lonzo Ball already made it and is a budding star for the Los Angeles Lakers. LiAngelo Ball, however, failed to follow in his brother's footsteps. And prior to the draft, critics already downplayed his chances of getting picked.

Harrison Gaines, the Ball family's agent, was brutally honest with regard to LiAngelo's chances of getting picked. In the latest episode of Ball in the Family, Gaines said LiAngelo's best hope was being picked 59th overall. The draft is comprised of two rounds with 30 picks each.

“I wanted to talk to you about the draft. I've gone through and talked to all 30 teams, and I feel like, based on the feedback, the real, realistic shot at getting drafted is what I told you about – Phoenix at 59. Besides that, I think it's gonna be tough.

“I just wanted to see what you guys wanted to do? Whether you wanted to stay in, based on the feedback or how you wanted to do it.”

And as expected, LaVar decided to keep his son in the draft. And as we all know by now, LiAngelo wasn't fortunate enough to get picked. An aspirant can only sign up for the draft once. After that, he should think of other ways to get into the NBA. Is LiAngelo's NBA dreams over? Not really. Given the Ball family's gregariousness, we can expect them to look for other means to achieve their dreams.
