The start of training camp is just two weeks away, which has put teams toward making the final touches on their rosters for the upcoming season.

Among those players that could be on the move is free agent veteran big man Andrew Bogut, who is reportedly now medically cleared from his leg injury and is expected to sign with a team next week, according to Adam Himmelsbach of the Boston Globe.

It had been reported last month that he was in preliminary contract discussions with the Boston Celtics, but things have yet to come to fruition. Bogut has played last season with the Dallas Mavericks to start the year but was traded to the Philadephia 76ers in February where he was bought out of his deal. He then inked a contract with the Cleveland Cavaliers, where he broke his leg less than a minute in his debut with the team.

Bogut could be a solid add for an NBA team looking to add a proven big man to the front court that could provide a rim protector and rebounding. Last season, he averaged 2.9 points, 8.1 rebounds, and 0.9 blocks in 22.4 minutes per game in 27 games played with 21 starts.

The 32-year-old could prove to be an inexpensive and valuable add just prior to the start of training camp.
