Milwaukee Bucks swingman Giannis Antetokounmpo and Oklahoma City Thunder small forward Paul George have been named NBA Players of the Week for Week 10 (Dec. 17-23) of the 2018-19 season.

Giannis Antetokounmpo led the Bucks to a 3-1 week while averaging 24.0 points, 10.3 rebounds and 5.3 assists per game, while Paul George put up 35.3 points, 11.3 rebounds and 5.0 assists. The Thunder went 3-1 as well.

The Bucks are 22-10 on the season, second place in the Eastern Conference. Antetokounmpo is averaging 26.2 points, 12.8 rebounds and 6.0 assists per game on the season while shooting 58.3 percent from the floor and 70.1 percent from the free-throw line. The Greek Freak has a player efficiency rating of 28.2, third in the NBA.

The Thunder, meanwhile, are 21-11 on the year, third place in the Western Conference. George is averaging 26.2 points, 8.2 rebounds and 4.4 assists on the year. The five-time All-Star is shooting 45.4 percent overall, 38.8 percent from the 3-point line and 83.8 percent from the charity stripe.

Both the Thunder and Bucks have a good chance at winning their respective conferences this season. Antetokounmpo and George both have to be in the MVP conversation as well with how stellar they are playing this year.
