With the trade deadline and All-Star Weekend now over and done, the focus now shifts on the bought-out players and the buyout candidates.

We should see certain teams make moves, especially with the last crucial playoff push coming up. However, there are three teams who are in need of filling a spot quickly: Cleveland Cavaliers, Washington Wizards, and Atlanta Hawks, so they are expected to make a move in the coming days.

Here’s Reddit user molten_ferret with quick details:

Per league rules, the Cavs, Wizards, & Blazers have until Thursday to add at least one player to their roster. Hawks have until Friday.

Teams are prohibited from carrying less than 14 players on their roster for longer than 2 weeks. For the Cavs, Wizards, and Blazers, their two weeks runs out on Thursday. For the Hawks, it's Friday. They can sign buyout players, free agents, or call up G-Leaguers. 10-day contracts are an option, but once that runs out they'll have 2 weeks again to make another move. Keep in mind that March 1st is the deadline for newly signed players to be playoff eligible.

The Cavaliers and Wizards opened up a spot with the deals they made at the trade deadline, with the former basically doing a 6-on-4 trade and the latter sending one player for cash considerations. The Hawks, meanwhile, had waived a couple of players.

Here are some of the players who could be signed the soonest (some are still not officially bough-out):

Tony Allen – A 14-year veteran, Allen should be a good addition to any playoff contender, especially to the defensively-challenged Cavs. “The Grindfather” will be bringing in defense, toughness, leadership, and postseason experience.

Shabazz Muhammad –  The Minnesota Timberwolves swingman has been asking for a trade or release for weeks. With all of his offensive talent, it will be interesting to see how productive he can be once he's rejuvenated with a new team.

Derrick Rose – The hops and overall athleticism may not be there, but make no mistake about it, the 2010 NBA MVP is still a force once he builds a rhythm. Rumors about going to the Wizards haven't died down, so it's one destination we might watch out for. He'll be a welcomed addition in Washington with John Wall still weeks from returning from a knee injury.

Vince Carter – The latest ageless wonder of the NBA could be moving soon. He's a 41-year-old future Hall-of-Famer still looking for a ring, so staying with the Sacramento Kings isn't ideal to say the least. A possible reunion with the Toronto Raptors is not possible anymore, contrary to the recent rumor, but other contenders should come calling if gets released.
