Charles Barkley has some of the funniest quotes in all of sports. When he finally hung up his sneakers for the last time, it was natural for him to be an NBA commentator and analyst for TNT.

During the 2018 NBA All-Star Game, Barkley hilariously quipped about Kevin Garnett’s number of kids while taking a shot at Shaquille O’Neal as well.

Barkley was a guest in Garnett’s “Area 21” show on the network. They hung out with former NBA player and 3-time dunk champion, Nate Robinson, in the VIP section of Staples Center as the Slam Dunk contest was ongoing.

The three players were handing out their personal grades to each of the dunks that were being shown on the screen and making comments about each one. Garnett had some kids come over to hand him some of the scorecards they would use to grade the dunks.

After observing more than a couple of kids visit the lounge, Barkley hilariously called out Garnett about having too many of them.

“Did you go to the Shaquillle O’Neal of kids school,” Barkley asked. “You got 12 kids too? Just because you played basketball doesn’t mean you have to form a basketball team.”

Garnett and Robinson were beside themselves with that comment while Garnett was trying to explain that the other kids were Paul Pierce’s kids. Pierce was Garnett’s former teammate with the Celtics who has three kids of his own while Garnett has two daughters.

As always, Barkley says the funniest things and gives the best comment on anything. You have to wonder if O'Neal will rip him apart for this later on when they both appear on “Inside the NBA.”

We’ll have to wait and see.
