The entire sports world is tuning in to the NBA's season restart and the Lakers-Clippers showdown. Although fans have been physically prohibited to watch live, millions across the globe are glued on their respective gadgets and devices to catch the highly-anticipated return of the league. One is two-time NBA champion Chris Bosh.

Chris Bosh pulled up to the game between the Los Angeles Lakers and Los Angeles Clippers as a virtual fan to everyone's amusement.

Although the NBA has created an exclusive bubble in Orlando to mitigate the COVID-19 pandemic, the league has installed a 17-foot video board ahead of tonight's games. This board will feature over 300 pre-approved fans who will be joining the live broadcast through video conference powered by Microsoft Teams. Via Microsoft's ā€œTogether Modeā€ feature, virtual fans will be removed from their individual backgrounds at home and will make it seem that they're actually watching inside the venue. Chris Bosh is a part of this.

The 11-time All-Star is making the most out of this new technological facet of the NBA Bubble by logging in as one of the virtual fans of tonight's historic Battle of LA in Orlando. Through the video conference features, Chris Bosh can even opt to interact with fellow virtual fans to recreate the full arena experience.

Chris Bosh has to be on his best behavior though since there are ground rules for these virtual fans and you can easily be ejected or kicked out at any point.

This new video conference feature is just one of the many ways the NBA is trying to bring the fans closer to the NBA restart and make the entire experience as interactive as possibleā€¦ even for Chris Bosh.
