During his 16-year NBA career, Dwyane Wade was undoubtedly one of the most exciting stars in the NBA. His mix of athleticism, tenacity and natural scoring ability made Wade must-watch TV for the majority of his career.

However, now that he's retired, Wade has now turned his focus on the stars of today. In a 20-minute AMA (Ask Me Anything), the Miami Heat legend named the five young NBA stars he loves to watch.

Wade listed Atlanta Hawks point guard Trae Young, Dallas Mavericks second-year superstar Luka Doncic, Utah Jazz guard Donovan Mitchell, Phoenix Suns shooting guard Devin Booker and Minnesota Timberwolves point guard D'Angelo Russell.

Dwyane Wade certainly picked a good list of young stars and it's clear that he prefers watching guards rather than forwards or centers which makes sense as the 38-year-old played shooting guard for the majority of his career.

With Russell, who just turned 24, being the oldest player on this list, it's clear that Wade is right about the league being in good hands for the future. All five have already made All-Star appearances despite still being early in their respective careers with Young, Doncic and Booker making their first ASG appearance this season.

Like the players on this list, Wade showed very early on in his career that he was a force to be reckoned with. After making the All-Rookie team in his first season, Wade made 12-straight All-Star appearances and for his career, averaged 22.0 points, 5.4 assists, 4.7 rebounds and 1.5 steals per game and winning three championships for Miami.
