The Summer League game between the New York Knicks and the New Orleans Pelicans has been stopped after an earthquake was felt in Las Vegas.

Play was immediately stopped due to the earthquake and fans and players left the Thomas and Mack Center. The shot clock and scoreboard can be seen swaying during the incident.

The Pelicans are on their way to a come-from-behind win after trailing by as much 20 points earlier in the evening. New Orleans also lost prized rookie Zion Williamson to a minor injury, though his absence in the second half was only deemed as a precautionary measure.

The game has officially been postponed with 7:53 remaining in the fourth quarter and with the scores at 80-74, in favor of the Pelicans. It remains to be seen when it will be played or resumed, but the league has emphasized the safety of players and fans.

Moreover, the NBA has also cancelled the rest of the games in the Thomas and Mack Center. According to the PA announcement, the games will be made up.

According to Ben Golliver of Washington Post, initial reports cite that a 7.1 magnitude earthquake hit Ridgecrest, California — which is only 200 miles west of Las Vegas.

* UPDATE: The Knicks-Pelicans game has officially been cancelled. The result is final, with the Pelicans taking the win.
