NBA Hall of Famer Alex English is not surprised the league has snubbed him again in the 75 greatest players of all time team.

The NBA has revealed the full list of the 75 greatest players of all time. As expected, some NBA greats are not too happy about it, especially the ones who didn’t make the cut.

One of them is Denver Nuggets legend Alex English.

Sharing his thoughts on the subject, English took to social media his subtle dig on the NBA for excluding him again in the 75 greatest players selection.

According to English, he’s not sure if the level of his disappointment may have already subsided this time as the NBA has already snubbed him in the NBA 50 greatest players list.

“[I] Can’t say I am not disappointed for not being included on the 75th anniversary team after seeing the list,” English wrote on Twitter. “I felt the same after the first list of 50. I have always known that my understated style wasn’t conducive to being associated with such a flamboyant sport.”

Looking at English’s career, it appears that like some of his contemporaries in the NBA, he also presents a strong case of becoming one of NBA’s 75 greatest players of all time.

For one, English was an NBA Hall of Famer and an 8-time all-star. Atop that, he also averaged an impressive 21.5 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 3.6 assists in his career. His totals were even higher than some of the most lethal scorers in history such as Reggie Miller, Jerry west, and Allen Iverson.
