The Houston Rockets are reportedly considering shipping four first-round draft picks to the Minnesota Timberwolves in exchange for Jimmy Butler and the reaction on social media is downright hysterical.

Four first-rounders is a ridiculous haul for one player, even if it is one of the best players in the NBA. Butler could be a top-10 player capable of elevating the Rockets to the same plane as the Golden State Warriors. That being said, people still can't believe that the Rockets are considering parting with four first rounders.

Oh no. You had to know that people would find some way to use this story to roast Carmelo Anthony. It's almost unfair at this point and roasting Melo is becoming the proverbial low-hanging fruit.

That's probably Karl-Anthony Towns just thinking about what skin he's going to buy for his Fortnite character.

It is reminiscent of the disastrous trade by the Brooklyn Nets to bring in Paul Pierce, Kevin Garnett, and Jason Terry. If there is a cautionary tale about mortgaging the future for established stars, this is it. The Nets are still trying to recover from that disastrous trade in 2013.

Honestly, the way Karl-Anthony Towns and Andrew Wiggins look, he's not wrong.

Excellent use of the legendary Kobe gif where he counts to five on his fingers to symbolize his rings. There's no way Daryl Morey and the Rockets would part with five first-rounders, right? Right!?

We're all wondering the same thing, “nah.” I guess we'll have to wait and find out.
