United States President Donald Trump has been on the receiving end of some (or maybe a lot of) criticism for a recent story by the New York Times that revealed how he audaciously spent no less than $70,000 on his hair over the past year. NBA personality Jalen Rose was one of the first to call out the commander-in-chief, posting his own hair care photo via Twitter.

Rose shared an image of himself with a pretty dope and expensive-looking ‘do, while also accompanying it with a hilarious caption:

To be clear, President Trump's hair care expenses were revealed following a deep dive analysis of his income tax statement. He reportedly declared the amount of $70,000 for hair-related expenses as a tax deduction. Talk about splurging on his mane. One can only imagine how his hair would look like if he opted to scrimp on maintenance.

Jalen Rose could not help but take a shot at Mr. Trump, while also sending out a serious message at the end of his tweet. The NBA personality is reminding everyone here to vote in the upcoming elections. He is presumably calling to all those who are unable to see the rationale behind spending that amount of money on hair care to go out and not vote for Donald Trump.

Rose has been very vocal about the issue on systemic racism, and he has certainly used his platform to speak out. He's also been quite critical of the current administration, and clearly, he could not pass up this most recent revelation without taking a not-so-veiled shot at the President.
