Boston Celtics star on the rise Jayson Tatum has teamed up with Washington Wizards star Bradley Beal to do some good for those affected by the outbreak of the coronavirus.

The Jayson Tatum Foundation is partnering with Feeding America and Lineage Logistics, and plans to match $250,000 in the Boston Area to support those in need, as well as another $250,000 in tandem with Beal to support their hometown of St. Louis.

This is yet another act of kindness from one of the NBA's most recognizable faces, who have stepped up in major ways to contribute to their respective communities.

Tatum and Beal join others like Joel Embiid, Stephen Curry, Kyrie Irving, and many different NBA players who have pledged to support those in need of meals due to this pandemic.

The #NBATogether campaign has done wonders to stay in touch with the community amid the sudden halt to the season due to the coronavirus, as it will soon be a whole month without NBA action since play was suspended.

Commissioner Adam Silver postponed the remainder of the 2019-20 season after Rudy Gobert of the Utah Jazz became the first player to test positive for COVID-19. Since, many others have tested positive for the virus, and plenty have fully recovered after their 14 days of recommended isolation.

Tatum and Beal are doing their part by contributing to their affected communities and asking others to chip in with whatever they can to help those in the frontlines of this rapidly-spreading pandemic.
