Memphis Grizzlies center Jonas Valanciunas has a pretty interesting guess on how the Eastern Conference Finals between the Milwaukee Bucks and his former team, the Toronto Raptors, will turn out.

There has been plenty of hype built around the matchup of forwards Giannis Antetokounmpo and Kawhi Leonard. According to Donatas Urbonas of O, Dangau Sportas, Valanciunas feels they are the reason why the series will go to Game 7.

“Two of the best play there – Kawhi and Giannis. It's gonna be interesting series and I will probably get up early to watch the games. I predict game 7,” Jonas Valanciunas declared.

There is certainly plenty of truth to Valanciunas' comments. Antetokounmpo and Leonard have been two of the most dominant players in the 2018-19 NBA season. While the former has established himself as the frontrunner for the MVP award during the regular season, the latter has taken over the postseason with his heroics in Toronto.

It is safe to say that Valanciunas may be rooting for his former team. He was originally selected by the Raptors with the fifth overall pick in the 2011 NBA Draft. He was a part of many of their failed playoff runs before ultimately being traded to Memphis last February.

Although his tenure with Toronto may have ended unceremoniously, he seems to be just as excited to see this matchup as the rest of the NBA world is.

The Bucks are currently pegged as the favorites to win the East. Regardless, the showdown between Antetokounmpo and Leonard is sure to keep fans on the edge of their seats.
