Minnesota Timberwolves All-Star Karl-Anthony Towns and model Jordyn Woods are officially dating.

Woods celebrated her 23rd birthday on Thursday. Towns, one of the best players in the NBA, gave Woods a Chicago Bulls Michael Jordan jersey, as well as other gifts.

It has been a tough year for Karl-Anthony Towns. He tragically lost his mom due to COVID-19, so it's great to see the NBA star happy and in a healthy relationship with Jordyn Woods.

Woods lost her dad in 2017.

Towns appeared in 35 games in 2019-20 for the Timberwolves before the NBA season was suspended due to COVID-19. He averaged 26.5 points, 10.8 rebounds and 4.4 assists per game while shooting 50.8 percent from the field, 41.2 percent from beyond the arc and 79.6 percent from the free-throw line.

The Timberwolves have the No. 1 overall pick in the 2020 NBA Draft. Minnesota has been heavily linked to Anthony Edwards out of Georgia, as the Timberwolves need another explosive athlete next to Towns and D'Angelo Russell. However, the team could also trade the pick for a proven star as well.

Towns, who was the No. 1 overall pick in the 2015 NBA Draft out of Kentucky, has career averages of 22.7 points, 11.8 boards and 2.8 assists with the Timberwolves. He's only been to the playoffs once, though, so that certainly has to change moving forward.
