NBA draft prospect LaMelo Ball has confirmed reports that he's signing a multi-year shoe deal with Puma.

Ball, the younger brother of New Orleans Pelicans point guard Lonzo Ball, is expected to be one of the top players selected in the 2020 NBA Draft.

LaMelo Ball averaged 17.0 points, 7.4 rebounds and 6.8 assists per game in the NBL in 2019-20. He was only able to play in 12 games, though, due to a foot injury.

The good news is that Ball is 100 percent now and ready for the next page of his basketball chapter. It will certainly be a lot of fun to watch LaMelo and Lonzo go at it next season.

The Minnesota Timberwolves have the No. 1 overall pick in the 2020 NBA draft. While they have been linked to Ball, the Wolves are reportedly leaning towards taking Georgia guard Anthony Edwards.

If that happens, Ball could end up on the Golden State Warriors, Charlotte Hornets, Chicago Bulls or Cleveland Cavaliers, who have the second, third, fourth and fifth picks, respectively.

LaMelo has been on record saying he thinks he's already a better player than Lonzo. Like his older brother, though, LaMelo's jump shot is a question mark for NBA teams, so it will be interesting to see how the youngster shoots the ball in the league once he's drafted.
