Los Angeles Lakers point guard Lonzo Ball took some time to troll his younger brother LaMelo, as the latter missed a rather ambitious attempt at pulling off an alley-oop to himself off the backboard.

LaMelo's pass was on point, using the lower side of the backboard for an easy catch right at the rim, but his hops (or lack thereof) betrayed him, falling plenty short of finishing the alley-oop.

The younger Ball brother is listed as 6-foot-5, according to the Los Angeles Times, but clearly has lacked the proper execution to throw it down, despite having an uncontested lane for the finish.

Lonzo has shown a mixed big of athletic finishes through his collegiate and now professional career, but LaMelo was clearly lacking in that aspect, despite the gym highlights he's been featured in.

The rookie point guard's younger brothers LiAngelo and LaMelo are now playing in the Big Baller Brand Showcase in Lithuania, after the two signed with Vytautas after their father LaVar, pulled them from college and high school, respectively.

While this experiment is yet to prove effective, both LiAngelo and LaMelo will need to start showing their skills against better competition to be able to sniff the NBA at this point.

Going overseas isn't exactly helping their exposure, regardless of where the cameras follow — while other potential NBA prospects are showing their mettle in the NCAA and the high school circuit — an opportunity they no longer can take advantage of.
