When the Phoenix Suns won the NBA draft lottery earlier this week, most assumed the decision would come down to two guys, DeAndre Ayton or Luka Doncic.

Doncic opened some eyes when he said he wasn't sure if he'll come to the NBA next year, and if he doesn't, that could change the way people view him for this draft.

Many thought that was a play to steer one team clear of drafting him, so he could choose a different one, but according to his agent, that isn't the case.

“Luka has stated no particular thought on any NBA teams,” his agent, Bill Duffy, told Sporting News on Thursday.

Most still expect him to either go number one or number two, but if he decides to stay over at Real Madrid for another year or two, that could change some teams' minds.

Doncic won't be holding any individual workouts with interested teams due to his current commitments with Real Madrid.

It still would seem surprising if the Slovenian sensation decides to stay overseas for another year or two, as his NBA draft stock won't go any higher than it is right now. In terms of his personal development, there's nothing Doncic can attain in Europe anymore.
