On Wednesday, the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame officially announced the list of Hall of Famers who will serve as presenters for this year’s class at the 2018 Enshrinement Ceremony, which will be held on Friday, September 7th at Springfield Symphony Hall. The NBA will be well represented.

According to a report from hoophall.com, members of the 2018 Hall of Fame Class were asked to select a former inductee to accompany them during the presentation. The report also indicated that more than 50 previous inductees are expected to be on-hand.

The 2018 inductees include Ray Allen, Maurice Cheeks, Charles “Lefty” Driesell, Grant Hill, Jason Kidd, Steve Nash, Katie Smith, and Tina Thompson.

For those unaware, the Naismith Hall of Fame is not an NBA only hall. College, international, women's, and even high school players, coaches and ambassadors of the sport are all eligible to be inducted.
