There are few greater rivalries from the 1990s than that of Michael Jordan's Chicago Bulls and the Detroit Pistons. As it turns out, there's still a bit of beef between the players from these two iconic sides. At least this appears to be the case for Pistons legend Rick Mahorn.

In a recent interview on The Dan Le Batard Show with Stugotz, Mahorn was asked to talk about the infamous moment during the 1991 Eastern Conference Finals wherein the Pistons refused to shake the hand of Michael Jordan and the Bulls after losing in the series. Apparently, Mahorn is still feeling a bit salty after all these years:

“F— them,” said Mahorn, via Jesse Pantousco of audacy. “I don’t even shake hands when I lose a championship. Man, forget that.”

For what it's worth, Rick Mahorn wasn't even on that '91 Pistons squad. I guess he was speaking for his brethren? Pistons stars Isiah Thomas, Bill Laimbeer, and Dennis Rodman, among others, were the ones who refused to congratulate the Bulls after their momentous victory.

As for his part, Michael Jordan himself addressed this issue on The Last Dance and it looks like it's all (somewhat) water under the bridge for him. Clearly, though, the same is definitely not the case for Rick Mahorn — and he isn't shy about making his true feelings about it known.
