Oregon Ducks big man Bol Bol, will likely miss the remainder of his rookie season due to a left foot injury, according to a report from 247Sports.com.

Bol has missed the team's last four games with a left foot injury and the outlook on his return to the team this season gets grimmer by the day. According to sources who can't speak on the record, Bol suffered a stress fracture in his left foot and his timeline to return from injury will likely keep him out of the remainder of the 2018-19 season.

Bol, now 19-years-old, is the son of former NBA player Manute Bol. Most analysts are projecting the 7-foot-3 center to be a first round pick in the upcoming NBA Draft. Whether or not this set-back lowers his stock remains to be seen.

“I would be completely shocked if Bol played the rest of this year,” one source told 247Sports.

In nine appearances with the Ducks this season, the dynamic big man racked up averages of 21.0 points on 56.1 percent shooting from the field (52.0 percent from beyond the arc), 9.6 rebounds, 1.0 assist, 2.7 blocks and just under one steal (0.8) in 29.8 minutes per outing.

Bol has spent the last two weeks with his family in Kansas, according to reports. He'll likely begin rehab work as soon as possible, as there will be several NBA teams interested in his services. Oregon, according to a report from Duckterritory.com, has already begun altering their game plans with their star big man out of commission.
