Rich Paul is without a doubt one of, if not the biggest player agents in the game today. The fact that his number one client happens to be Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James certainly has a lot to do with that.

In a recent statement, Paul claimed that he would have done exactly the same for Allen Iverson had he had the opportunity to represent the Philadelphia 76ers legend. (ClutchPoints on Twitter):

Coming from anybody else, this would have been an absurd statement. However, this is Rich Paul we're talking about here. While this does not take away from the fact that the statement is still a tad self-absorbed, he definitely deserves the benefit of the doubt on this one.

Rich Paul, the owner of one of the largest sports agencies in the world today, KlutchSports, has emerged as one of the most successful entrepreneurs in his field. Apart from LeBron James, KlutchSports also represents more than a handful of big-name stars in the NBA today, which includes Anthony Davis, Ben Simmons, Lonzo Ball, and Draymond Green, to name a few.

KlutchSports was also able to sign rookie sensation and first overall pick Anthony Edwards, who himself is one of the most promising names in the NBA today. He's no Allen Iverson, but he has the makings of being a real superstar in the league.

Paul has quite a prospect in Edwards and this will be his chance to prove just how good he is as an agent. Edwards might never be a “billion-dollar brand” but we expect big things from Rich Paul here — especially after that AI statement.
