While some were expecting Roy Hibbert to make his eventual comeback to the NBA, the 7-foot-2 giant is not keen on the opportunity, rather at peace with calling it quits.

Talking about some NBA buzz, from Isaiah Thomas to Carmelo Anthony to a bombastic signing by the Los Angeles Lakers, who landed LeBron James, TMZ Sports asked Hibbert if he would consider returning to the NBA.

“I'm good on it right now,” said Hibbert. “It's just time to move on, sometimes, y'know?”

Hibbert was a two-time All-Star who played seven of his nine NBA seasons with the Indiana Pacers, then playing for one season with the Lakers and splitting his last with the Denver Nuggets and the Charlotte Hornets in 2016-17. His most successful run happened in Indiana where he became a major force in the middle for a number of competitive Pacers iterations.

The big man out of Georgetown University played 11 seasons in the big league, averaging 10.0 points, 6.3 rebounds, 1.3 assists, and 1.7 blocks per game throughout his entire career.

Once one of the best shot-blockers in the league, Hibbert's injuries and inconsistencies made it tough for teams to garner interest in signing him, as his minutes and scoring opportunities dwindled during the last two years of his career.
