Brooklyn Nets guard Spencer Dinwiddie put on his GM hat and broke down what the New York Knicks and other teams should do with their lottery picks.

The NBA Draft Lottery was held Thursday night. Spencer Dinwiddie shared his thoughts on the top few picks.

Before dealing with picks No. 1-7, let's see what Spencer Dinwiddie said about the Knicks at No. 8:

Spencer Dinwiddie, having needled the Knicks as a good Brooklyn Nets player should, assessed the top of the draft board, going down:

Picking first for this year's draft are the Minnesota Timberwolves. The Wolves are back in the driver's seat after five years where they used their 2015 No. 1 pick to draft their current franchise player in Karl-Anthony Towns. With negotiations underway for former Wolves legend Kevin Garnett to potentially buy the team, Spencer Dinwiddie alludes to the team going with this year's top collegiate prospect in Anthony Edwards. He also dabs on the possibility for the team to use their pick and trade for Phoenix Suns' Devin Booker who is very tight to both Towns and newly-acquired guard D'Angelo Russell.

After a dismal 2019-2020 campaign, the Golden State Warriors finally struck gold and landed the second overall pick in this year's draft. With the Warriors' championship core still in tact as Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson and Draymond Green wait to get back on the court, a lot of experts are saying that the Warriors could potentially use this pick for a huge trade. The Nets guard suggests that Golden State could trade this pick to the Philadelphia 76ers to possibly trade for one of their superstars. Is a starting lineup of Curry, Thompson, Green and maybe Joel Embiid scary enough for you?

Spencer Dinwiddie went on to predict the next few picks for the Charlotte Hornets (No. 3), the Chicago Bulls (4), the Cleveland Cavaliers (5), the Atlanta Hakws (6) and the Detroit Pistons (7) which he had no comment on.
