Brooklyn Nets shooting guard Spencer Dinwiddie has been a good follow on Twitter for the last few years, even more so lately now that the NBA has suspended play because of the coronavirus pandemic. The latest ā€œfunā€ Dinwiddie tweet comes at the expense of the Golden State Warriors, their fans, and Draymond Green.

Some Warriors fans were of the belief that Green could guard Shaquille O'Neal in his prime. Dinwiddie says those fans were clearly ā€œdrunk off of dynasty champagne.ā€

The Nets guard is 1,000 percent correct on this one. Green is a good defender, but no one is stopping Shaq in his heyday.

The Warriors won three NBA championships in five years. So naturally, their fans got a little carried away with the success and started spewing some crazy things on Twitter.

Luckily for the sane NBA fans, no one actually believed Green could slow down The Diesel, who averaged 23.7 points and 10.9 rebounds during Hall of Fame career. Shaq is universally recognized as the most dominant player in NBA history.

With the NBA on hiatus, players are going to be even more active with fans on social media. Numerous players have already been playing video games online with random fans.

The hope is that the NBA season can resume in June or July. It probably won't be sooner after the CDC recommended on Sunday that no events of over 50 people should be held for the next two months.
