But Simmons’ popularity also means that his personal life sometimes becomes the subject of discussion and rumors, as was the case when he dated media personality and model Kendall Jenner. This brings us to transgender IG model Amani.
Now, the 24-year is being linked to a transgender Instagram model named Amani after she hinted on social media that she is seeing Simmons. Amani posted screenshots of alleged conversations with the two-time All Star, even claiming that he wanted to fly her out just to be able to see and spend time with her. The alleged conversations also included a wild request to have five teammates get involved in their rendezvous. The model has also claimed to have been with rappers and artists like Lil Baby, Trey Songz, and Fabolous.

However, as soon as the story linking Amani and Simmons was first reported on Awesomo, the model deleted her Instagram account, throwing doubt into her claims that she was actually with the Sixers star. That also seemed to be the reaction of most fans on social media, who questioned the authenticity of the screenshots.

Meanwhile, the first overall pick of the 2016 NBA Draft didn’t play in the Sixers’ 121-105 loss to the Portland Trail Blazers due to a left calf tightness.
