Minnesota Timberwolves star Anthony Edwards is one of the names headlining Team Isiah at the Rising Stars Game on Friday night. They're heading to the final winning in the semifinals and Isiah Thomas had some rather hilarious advice for Ant prior to tip-off.

The Hall of Famer essentially told Edwards the strategy in the Rising Stars Game is to shoot threes and foul hard. His response to that was absolutely priceless:

Edwards does have a point. In this day and age, hard fouls get you ejected. This isn't the 80's and 90's when you could almost bodycheck an opponent and get away with it. But in regards to shooting lots of triples, that won't be any problem considering basically everyone chucks them up nowadays.

The Rising Stars Game has been very entertaining as the most promising youngsters in the Association showcase their skills. Team Isiah just edged out Team Worthy thanks to a couple of clutch free throws from Memphis Grizzlies sharpshooter Desmond Bane. Thomas's team was also stacked with the likes of Tyrese Haliburton, Saddiq Bey, and Precious Achiuwa. Edwards will now be looking to lead them to a title in the Rising Stars Game final. He'll definitely be looking to drain threes, but Ant is going to take it easy with the physicality. After all, there are 22 games left in the regular season.
