The Memphis Grizzlies reportedly offered small forward Andre Iguodala to the Milwaukee Bucks for a 2020 protected first-round pick, according to Ric Bucher of Bleacher Report.

With the NBA trade deadline coming up, the Grizzlies remain confident they will get value by flipping Iguodala and don't have any plans to buy him out:

And one league source says the Memphis Grizzlies offered Andre Iguodala to the Milwaukee Bucks for the 2020 protected first-round pick they acquired from Indiana in the deal that sent point guard Malcolm Brogdon to the Pacers last summer. While adding Iguodala's playmaking ability, postseason pedigree and defense to the team with the league's best record is tantalizing, it would be a Rubik's Cubesian challenge to construct a deal that would allow Milwaukee to absorb his $17.2 million contract.

Last season for the Golden State Warriors, Iguodala averaged 5.7 points, 3.7 rebounds and 3.2 assists per game. He shot 50.0 percent from the field, 33.3 percent from beyond the arc and 58.2 percent from the free-throw line.

Iguodala put up 9.8 points, 4.3 rebounds and 4.0 assists in the 2019 playoffs, where the Warriors lost to the Toronto Raptors in the NBA Finals in six games.

As we mentioned, the Grizzlies won’t buy out Iguodala, who is owed $17.2 million this season, the final year of his contract. The 2015 Finals MVP won’t play a single game for the Grizzlies, as he waits to see which team will trade for him.

Iguodala has career NBA averages of 12.1 points, 5.1 rebounds and 4.4 assists.
