The Miami Heat have reportedly expressed trade interest in Golden State Warriors All-Star power forward Draymond Green, according to Greg Leif Sylvander of Five Reasons Sports Network.

Green is reportedly aware of the Heat's interest in him:

Green signed a four-year, roughly $100 million extension with the Warriors before the season started. He will make $18.5 million this season. Green's new contracts kicks in during the 2020-21 season.

The Heat are in advanced discussions to acquire Andre Iguodala from the Memphis Grizzlies. It's unknown if those talks will be impacted by Miami's interest in Green and vice versa.

Green is averaging 8.5 points, 6.4 rebounds and 6.2 assists while shooting 39.2 percent from the field, 28.6 percent from beyond the arc and 75.6 percent from the free-throw line.

The Heat are 34-15 on the season entering Wednesday. They are in fourth place in the Eastern Conference standings and look like contenders with All-Stars Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo leading the way.
