If you are a team trying to acquire Bogdan Bogdanovic from the Sacramento Kings, prepare your best offer.

According to Jason Jones of The Athletic, the Kings aren't shopping Bogdanovic and would need to be blown away by a trade offer to move him:

Bogdanovic is making $8,529,386 this season. He becomes a restricted free agent after this season ends. In 30 games for the Kings this season, Bogdanovic is putting up 14.5 points, 3.0 rebounds and 3.6 assists. He’s shooting 42.6 percent from the floor, 38.3 percent from the 3-point line and 66.1 percent from the charity stripe.

Once the Kings offer Bogdanovic a qualifying offer worth $10,661,733, the swingman becomes a restricted free agent, meaning he can sign an offer sheet with another team and then Sacramento would have 48 hours to match the offer or let Bogdanovic walk for nothing.

The Kings are in 13th place in the Western Conference with a record of 13-23. Sacramento hasn't made the playoffs since 2006. Before this season started, some around the league thought the Kings could compete for a playoff spot. There's still a lot of games left in the season, though, so the club can still turn things around.

Bogdanovic has career averages of 13.2 points, 3.1 rebounds and 3.6 assists in 178 games with the Kings. He was the 27th overall pick in the 2014 draft.
