Charles Barkley discussed multiple topics with Yahoo Sports' Ben Golliver while in Chicago for All-Star Weekend, including his take the idea of All-Star game “snubs.”

“When you 5-75 you don't have a right to be ‘snubbed'. Seriously, all the guys who say they got snubbed are on the worst teams in the NBA. Like, you're not even competitive,” Barkley said.

Multiple NBA players voiced their displeasure with not being on the initial All Star rosters, while coaches, front office personnel (and a fiance) came to their defense.

Washington Wizards (20-33) guard Bradley Beal said he felt “disrespected”. Chicago Bulls (19-36) guard Zach LaVine was reportedly heated about not being included in the Chicago-based game.

Phoenix Suns (22-33) guard Devin Bookerwho will now participate in place of Damian Lillard—was similarly disappointed after initially being overlooked.

To Charles Barkley's point—all three players, while statistically deserving, play for lottery-bound teams.
