NBA TNT hosts Charles Barkley and Kenny Smith had a bit of fun during their halftime report of the Game 6 contest between the Denver Nuggets and San Antonio Spurs.

At one point during their mid-game analysis, the two former NBA stars stood up from their seats in the middle of their conversation to literally race to the big board:

Charles Barkley, 56, looked worse for wear, and this mini race definitely showed how out of shape he is. He did seem to really go for it here, but his attempt at a sprint was, unfortunately for him, pretty funny to look at. It even seemed like the Hall of Famer needed a second or two after the race to compose himself and regain his breathing.

The 54-year-old Kenny Smith, on the other hand, was looking pretty good and was obviously in better conditioning compared to his co-anchor.

The festivities at halftime were a welcome break from the intensity of the contest between the Nuggets and Spurs.

San Antonio took this one, 120-103, tying the series at three games apiece. LaMarcus Aldridge led the charge for the Spurs, accounting for a team-high 26 points on 10-of-18 shooting, along with 10 rebounds, and five assists.

As for the Nuggets, Nikola Jokic's astounding 43-point, 12-rebound, nine-assist performance fell short, as Denver failed to close the series out.

We are now headed to a pivotal Game 7, which will be played on Saturday night. The winner of that game — and the series — will face off against the Portland Trail Blazers, who have already booked their place in the second round.
