After a relatively underwhelming 2019 Dunk Contest in the NBA, hoop fans were given a treat with a video of Duke phenom Zion Williamson dunking from the free-throw line.

The video, which was uploaded back in August, featured the 18-year-old rising star taking flight from the charity stripe and throwing down a Michael Jordan-esque slam.

Williamson, who is built like Superman, is going to be a top draft pick in the 2019 NBA Draft. He's being called the best college basketball player of the last decade, and when you see plays like this, it's easy to see why teams are tanking for him.

Other than a few dunks, the 2019 Slam Dunk Contest was rather mundane. We need Zion Williamson to revitalize it next season.

Barring something unforeseen happening, Williamson is going to enter the NBA Draft after his one season at Duke. While he doesn't have a sound jump shot yet, Zion can get to the basket whenever he wants and finish over a whole team if he has to.

LeBron James wasn't even built like this kid when he was a youngster. Williamson is listed at 6-foot-7 and 285 pounds. He's a man playing against kids in college.

If you look closely, Zion's foot is right on the free-throw line. He's literally flying in the air like His Airness himself, Chicago Bulls legend Michael Jordan. NBA fans are salivating at the thought of this kid being on their team next season.
