The Brooklyn Nets will be a very busy team this offseason with plenty of decisions to settle.

But just like most teams, the Nets will hope to upgrade after seeing a premature end to what was initially viewed as a bounce-back campaign behind Kevin Durant, Kyrie Irving, and James Harden.

But with the three All-Stars running things, the Nets will have to make a key roster move. Specifically, on Spencer Dinwiddie, who's an unrestricted free agent after opting out of the $12.3 million final year of his contract. Many teams are interested in acquiring him, and Nets general manager Sean Marks implied he's willing to let Dinwiddie go (via New York Post).

“Obviously Spencer has put himself in a position to secure his future long-term. We’d obviously love to play a role in that, whether that’s here or whether we can help him.”

Dinwiddie sat out most of the season due to an ACL injury, but his ability to score and create plays makes him an enticing prospect for many squads. Reportedly, the New York Knicks, Los Angeles Lakers, Los Angeles Clippers, and Chicago Bulls have all been eyeing the crafty guard.

The 28-year-old Dinwiddie suddenly found himself the odd man out with the Nets after their acquisition of Harden. Simply put, there are just not enough shots to go around for Durant, Irving, Harden, and Dinwiddie.

In June, Dinwiddie said choosing to test the free agency market was a no-brainer for him.

“I’m gonna be more than healthy by the time free agency starts, so just from a dollars perspective you kind of have to.”

It shouldn't take long for Dinwiddie to land with a new team.
