For the second time this season, Draymond Green and the Golden State Warriors were blown out by the Brooklyn Nets, succumbing to a 134-117 defeat at Chase Center on Saturday.

After the match, Green acknowledged the much-improved Nets' title chances and called them the team to beat in the Eastern Conference, per Anthony Slater of The Athletic.

The win improved the Nets' record to 16-12, putting them in third place behind the Philadelphia 76ers and the Milwaukee Bucks in the East standings. Draymond Green, who certainly knows a good team when he sees one, expressed his belief Brooklyn is even much better than their record suggests.

There's some truth to that, as the Nets are actually 9-1 against teams above .500 this season so far. This is despite the superstar trio of Kevin Durant, Kyrie Irving and James Harden still getting used to playing with one another. Harden dazzled with 19 points and a game-high 16 assists against the Warriors, while Irving and Durant added 23 and 20 points, respectively.

Draymond, meanwhile, tried his best to contain the Nets' high octane attack but had no answer for them for the rest of the match.

The three-time NBA champion even figured in an injury scare in the first half, but he somehow managed to return for the rest of the match. He tallied six points, seven rebounds, eight assists and one block in 32 minutes in the losing effort.

With the loss, the Warriors are now barely hanging on the eighth seed in the West with a 14-13 slate. They've gone 5-5 in their last 10 outings.
