Jared Dudley believes that Kawhi Leonard will leave the Toronto Raptors for the Los Angeles Clippers this summer.

According to Farbod Esnaashari of SB Nation, Dudley said that if he had to make a bet on Leonard's destination, he would put his next multi-million-dollar shoe deal on the line for the Clippers. Esnaashari said that it was an interesting choice because the veteran forward “was not particularly fond” of his time with the Clippers.

Leonard will be one of the most coveted free agents this summer. It remains to be seen where the two-time NBA Most Valuable Player will eventually end up. The Clippers have always been mentioned as a possible landing spot for Leonard because the superstar reportedly wants to play for his hometown team.

The Toronto Raptors have made a strong case to keep Leonard as well. When they acquired him in a trade with the San Antonio Spurs, it was widely viewed that the 27-year-old would be a one-year rental for Toronto. However, their chance improved after the Raptors defeated the Golden State Warriors in the 2019 NBA Finals.

Aside from the Clippers and the Raptors, the Los Angeles Lakers are also expected to make a run at Leonard. According to Marc Stein of the New York Post, the Lakers are still convinced that they “would factor into the Kawhi Leonard chase” in free agency.
