There's no question that Brooklyn Nets star Kevin Durant is one of the most unique talents in NBA history because of his physique and talent. At this point, there's really no debating that. Unless you want to feel the wrath of Durant's burner Twitter account.

Durant almost singlehandedly carried the Nets to the Eastern Conference Finals last season with Kyrie Irving out with an injury and James Harden playing like he's in an LA Fitness run because of his lingering hamstring pain. Durant has been head and shoulders above the competition because of his height, length, and agility.

Former Nets guard Jamal Crawford recently revealed a story of him playing one-on-one against Durant during their brief time together last season. He admitted that Durant simply towered over him and made shots (via Heavy).

“It was a seven games series and when he shot over me it wasn’t like he couldn’t see with his wingspan. If I could grow to his height or he shrunk to 6’5 we would have similar games.”

While Crawford will forever be remembered as one of the best bucket-getters in NBA history, it's kind of a bold pronouncement to say that KD would've been like him if the Nets main man was a few inches smaller. The two-time Finals MVP has more complete offensive game than Crawford, although the three-time Sixth Man of the Year definitely has better handles.

Crawford has expressed his intention to join a front office someday. Maybe the Nets could hire him and he and Durant can rekindle their one-on-one.
