Brooklyn Nets Superstar Kevin Durant figured since he was in Dallas, he might as well challenge his inner Dirk Nowitzki. Durant, who makes a living killing the mid-range area, hit a tough fadeaway shot that looked like something Dirk used to do all the time.

There is a reason why the Nets star is arguably the greatest scorer of all time. He can beat you on any place from the court and has done so his entire career. He's currently averaging 28.6 points per game, which not only leads the Nets but the entire NBA. He has been about the only bright spot for the Nets this season. They do currently have the number one seed in the Eastern Conference but they have not looked good against teams above .500. Although they do have 16 wins on the season, they have not beaten a team that anybody would consider contenders in this league.

If the Nets want to win an NBA title, they're going to need Durant to continue playing some of the best basketball of his career and also get some more help from guys like James Harden. Harden is too good of a player to only be averaging just over 20 points per game. Not only is he too good to only be scoring 20 points per game, but the Nets will not win an NBA title if he does not play to the level that he is capable of.
