Kyrie Irving has been quiet throughout all the drama he's causing within the Brooklyn Nets right now. On Friday, however, the seven-time All-Star decided to go on Twitter to come out with an NSFW rant amid his ongoing saga with his current team.
As always, Irving took a cryptic approach in trying to send his message across (h/t ClutchPoints on Twitter):
“Are you awake? You see everything that’s happening right? F*** what they think. It’s legendary to be different,” Kyrie wrote in his tweet.

Not everybody has a very high opinion about Kyrie Irving right now as he attempts to negotiate a more lucrative deal with the Nets. Then again, it is clear that Irving does not give a f–k about what other people think.
For all we know, though, this could be totally unrelated to Irving's current situation with the Nets. Kyrie also reacted to the controversial decision of the Supreme Court to overturn Roe v. Wade, so the above tweet could also be somehow related to that major social issue.

Whatever the case may be, what is clear here is that once again, Kyrie Irving is walking his own path. As he said, he has no problem with not conforming to the norm. As a matter of fact, it feels like he's actually doing everything he can not to.
