Brooklyn Nets forward Rondae Hollis-Jefferson exited Monday’s contest, which they won, against the Phoenix Suns due to a hip contusion, per Michael Gallagher of Yahoo Sports.

Before being taken out, “The Law Firm” had an ugly night going for him, scoring just four points to go with only two rebounds. Prior to the contest, Hollis-Jefferson was trending upwards following back-to-back 21-point performances, albeit in losses to the Los Angeles Lakers and the Suns.

The Nets are hoping that Rondae Hollis-Jefferson won’t be out for long, as the team is already thin at the power forward position with Trevor Booker also nursing a back ailment that has kept him out for two-straight games.

If Hollis-Jefferson will be forced to miss any time, expect Quincy Acy and even Tyler Zeller to see an uptick in minutes.
