Brooklyn Nets guard Spencer Dinwiddie doesn't mind spending his birthday in total isolation, as he continues to follow strict social distancing guidelines due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

Dinwiddie, who will turn 27 years old on April 6, tweeted that he will be fine even without a party since he prefers to spend his big day alone anyway.

Spencer Dinwiddie, along with the rest of the Brooklyn Nets roster, are in self-quarantine following news that Kevin Durant and three other players tested positive for the virus on Tuesday. It remains uncertain if Dinwiddie is one of the three others infected.

The Nets last faced the Los Angeles Lakers at Staples Center prior to the suspension. The entire Lakers organization will also be tested following reports that the Staples visiting locker room was found to be infected as well.

The total number of afflicted NBA players has moved to seven after the Nets' revelation. Utah Jazz stars Rudy Gobert and Donovan Mitchell were the first ones to be found positive, while Christian Wood of the Detroit Pistons also likely got the virus from defending Gobert during their game.

Dinwiddie, meanwhile, has been active on social media as of late to pass time from the quarantine. The 6-foot-6 guard shared that he has been watching highlight clips of himself during the hiatus. He also recently gave a thumbs up to Shareef O'Neal for trying to slide into singer Tinashe's DMs.

Prior to the suspension, Dinwiddie has been carrying the load for the Nets in lieu of superstar Kyrie Irving, who has been limited by nagging injuries.
