In the playoffs, 16 teams compete for the title. The other teams and its respective players that did not qualify, well, watch at home and tweet their opinions. Spencer Dinwiddie of the Brooklyn Nets said that Derrick Rose is the best player in the series between the Minnesota Timberwolves and the Houston Rockets. He immediately regretted it after seeing the third-quarter explosion by James Harden.

Below is the tweet by Dinwiddie, asking his followers if they agree with his observation:

But after seeing the 22-point third-quarter outburst by Harden, Dinwiddie apologized to the Rockets guard:

All in all, the Rockets scored 50 points in the 3rd quarter alone. Harden's 22 points set the franchise record for most points scored in a quarter in the playoffs.

The Rockets eventually won the game, 110-119. They lead the series 3-1 and can close it out in Game 5. Harden finished with 36 points. Chris Paul contributed with 25 points, six rebounds, and six assists.

For his part, Rose had 17 points and 7-of-11 from the field or 63.6 percent. Perhaps Dinwiddie was astounded by Rose's strong start that's why he was about to conclude that the former MVP is indeed the best player in the series. Maybe he's secretly a Rose fan and is rooting for him to revitalize his career in any way.

Game 5 will be held in Houston, Wednesday, April 25, 9:30 p.m. ET. The Rockets will likely close the series out and move on to the next round. Once they do, they will either face the Oklahoma City Thunder or the Utah Jazz.
