Brooklyn Nets head coach Steve Nash was already learning how to manage two superstars in today's league, now he'll be tasked with three after the Nets reportedly agreed to trade for James Harden in a four-team deal on Wednesday.

After being asked about the deal, Nash had to make sure to remain composed given the legalities of the situation, but he also offered up a slight take on his thoughts on the trade.

Per ESPN's Tim Bontemps:

Until the deal is finalized, Nash and other Nets personnel will have to avoid saying anything that could be viewed as tampering. Either way, Nash knows that his tasking as a first-year coach just took on a completely different level of maneuvering.

Harden had made it known to the Houston Rockets that he desired to be traded during the offseason. While they weren't able to fulfill his wishes, Harden went on to engage in some off-court antics, which eventually pushed the Rockets front office to the edge and forced their hand.

The Nets—along with the Philadelphia 76ers—were the top two teams on Harden's wishlist, seeing as how he could be paired with Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving. While the Big 3 that's now been formed could make for the most talented trio in league history, the meshing of the pairing could make for some difficult challenges ahead.

In addition, the Nets were already going through some off-court battles as the league investigated Irving's “personal reasons” absences from the team. If the stars of Brooklyn can put it together, they become obvious favorites to win the Eastern Conference.
